SHIPPING & DELIVERY

‘Gift And Home Décor’ assumes 'If you ordered it, you need it, and you need it now!' and that's why we will make sure that your order ships immediately. Most orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days as the order was placed, while others may take not more than 3-5 business days, handling time  (Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 12:30 PM ET will be processed on Monday). we also take responsibility that your order should arrive safe and secure without any damages, in the rare event this happens, we will take the item back and send you a new one absolutely free.Please note item must be returned to get a replacement or a refund. (refer to the 'Returns & Replacement' section on this page).

Expedited Delivery. Time is precious, so are your gifts. we offer expedited shipping with USPS or UPS, you may select UPS 3 day or USPS priority mail at checkout. Note: express delivery speeds up shipping time only, it may take additional days of order processing & handling. 

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible, - Usually UPS or USPS - Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s),  all shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary, You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages Just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate.For rushed service on processing your order contact customer service upon the placement of your order . 

We do not ship to destinations outside Us and Canada.

A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS

To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be charged for only a single package,

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we also reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We offer hassle free shopping, shipping and returns, while basic policies have been established, we will gladly accept returns and and ensure you completely understand the process beforehand. All returns require a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number that must be obtained from our Customer Support department for any and all returns. 
To obtain your RMA number simply call us toll free during our hours of operation or email Customer Service at Support@giftandhomedecor.com .

If you've found damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact our Customer Service Department  with the order number and we'll arrange for reorder or credit - Claims of damage must be made within 7 days of customer receipt. 

if you’re not happy with your item(s) and would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will guide you through the return process, please note that a restocking fee will be charged.

Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.

Do not send any returns to our corporate headquarters listed on our contact us page - it will not be accepted. You will be provided with the return address along with your RMA number.  Shipping charges will be deducted for shipping fees related to unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to the appropriate return facility.
